- With 2 wheels on it s base and a handle at the top, this stanchion is highly portable on paved surfaces
- 2 Plastic chain can be run in a continuous length through the keyhole slot, easily accommodating 20 lengths of chain between stanchions when filled. Or it can be cut to length and hung on the attached C hook
